Description
Arnold Schrier Collection. Schrier noted that Cassidy's wife and their two children lived on a small farm near Naas. Cassidy was a farm laborer who emigrated in 1871, got a job as a farm laborer in New Jersey, and intended sending for his family. But after April, 1872, he seems to have disappeared, leaving his family unsent for in Ireland.
