Description
Invites, and offers to pay the expenses of emigration of his own sister, Nancy. If James Stormont desires to emigrate, "My uncle Samuel wish(e)s him to Come in the Spring Early and their is no time to Delay and I think it Will Serve him." [Kerby Miller identifies the recipient of this letter as 'James Brown #2' in a note that reads "last in Belfast; son of David; nephew of Samuel & Thomas; and cousin of the James Brown who has been in Philadelphia since 1810"].
