Williamson Letters
Title
"Yr affect. Brother", [John Williamson], to his sister, Mrs. Caroline Williamson, Rockmacreeny, County Armagh, no date [1856]
Description
The photocopy of this letter is very difficult to read, but the contents seem inconsequential. Because of the handwriting, I suspect that it may have been written by John Williamson in Manchester. He remarks that business is "still bad." [letter is appended with "Take care this is not seen" and appears to have been written from England as author references Robert who was present with him in settling his accounts, but had been at a wedding in Dundalk "before he left the country". Also "c1856" is written in faint ink on the envelope].
