Description
Photograph of a man playing his line while long-line fishing off a cliff, Inishmore, Aran Islands. Part of the cliff runs from the right background to the right foreground. It has a pitted surface. The man stands on it with his back to the camera. He wears a hat with a bobble, a dark jumper, a body warmer and trousers. He holds the line in both hands. His right hand above his head and his left at hip level. There is a flat spool of twine on the ground behind him. By his left foot lies the end of the line.
