Handwritten note by [Michael Oatley or 'Rob'] to [Republicans], expressing indignation about the cancellation of the meeting planned for 30 April; wishing confirmation of the reschedule for 7 May. Stating they will speak to the Ulster Executive of P.S.F.[Provisional Sinn Féin] about 'matters which might otherwise have been dealt with in the context of our dialogue'. (Caption by [Éamonn Downey] points to handwriting of Oatley and 'Rob' which are very close.) NOTE: Downey's caption is not available for consultation.
